Ive been there, and done that. I was actually put on birth control at the age of 14, just to try and help control the cramping during my period. I would also miss school during my first 2 days of my period. Turned out that I do have endometreosis. As the years went by, my periods were still awful. I also now have cysts pretty bad, and they are also painful. I am on my third pregnancy though, and have had no problems getting pregnant. Actually my periods got better after my first child. Need help with how to put a 350 in a 1983 toyota 4WD?

Huge mother-in-law problem?

I CAN'T STAND THIS LADY!!!???!!! Oh, before the wedding everything was fine. She stayed out of my husband's and my problems, she kept to herself, and knew better than to try to screw over the wedding (however multiple times she tried to get us to have a courthouse marriage instead of a church wedding). Now she has CROSSED THE LINE. She speaks ill of my cooking, and after I leave the kitchen to use the restroom or pick up clothes, etc, I come back to see her screwing up my dinner (adding tons of salt and pepper, italian seasoning...). My husband just says to leave her be, that she is ALWAYS like this. She is also a drinker, and LIES ABOUT IT! On the phone for her p.o., the attornier (she had house arrest for 2 weeks), counselors...she says she never drinks or smokes. LIAR LIAR LIAR!!!! She smokes 1/2-1 pack of cigarettes a day and blows them in my face, IN MY HOME!!! Of course the husband asks her to step outside, but then she comes back in smoking it!!! And with drinking, she drinks 3-4 beers a day (canned), and tells my husband to go on "shot" errands for her. SHE HAS HAD MULTIPLE DUIs AND WON'T STOP DRINKING OR SMOKING!!! I would not have a problem with her if she and my husband would start listening to me! He doesn't want to get her upset, and there are always fights between us now, when before his mother was not menacing in our lives. I have told him multiple times that I won't have our children around her if she continues her tirade over us, but he says that she will stop if kids come in the picture. I HATE HER!!! My husband laughs (laughs when he is nervous) when I start complaining about her. I have TRIED talking to her, to her new husband, to my husband...nothing works!!! We have only been married 3 months, but I don't want to stand another day with this woman...before we got married, I would call her mom, now I call her my husbands mother. I don't know what to do. Somebody please HELP US!!!

What's the movie title about a fighter raised from childhood?

I saw this movie a while back and now I can't remember the name of it to save my life. It's about an asian descent fighter whose mom was a prostitute or something and she was killed and the son was taken and raised to be this guys most insane kick-a** fighter and literally no-one in the world is even a relatively-close challenge for him. He barely talks thoughout the entire movie if any, I can't quite remember :/ He wheres a neck brace or something that allows him to know to unleash and kill people when taken off or something. Something happens where he is in a basement waiting for a signal from his boss and the blind piano player comes in and he gets distracted with the piano while his boss is pressing the signal like crazy getting the crap kicked out of him and the fighter finally realizes and rushes to his boss. The fighter ends up living with the blind piano guy and a little girl I think because he got in a car accident and he figured that everyone died besides him. But eventually one of the body guards who works for his boss finds him walking on the streets one day and they want him back or something. At the end he's fighting this body guard guy whose juicin' himself with like 10 syringes of ultra adrenaline juice or something. Hopefully the extreme amount of details will lead someone to give me a direct answer. :)

Buy a co sleep crib its like a rectangle box sorta thingy (soft of course) that goes in bed with you so you would put it in the middle of your bed with you and your partner on either side of it. I want to know WHERE to find apple cider! Apple juice tastes like fresh apples and is clear and sparkling. Hard cider has been fermented and has alcohol in it. Apple cider looks brownish and cloudy and is sort of thick and slightly tart, but has no alcohol in it. It's wonderful warmed up with a cinnamon stick in it. It's my favorite fall drink, but I can't seem to find it around here. The grocery store carries something it SAYS is apple cider, but believe me, it's just juice. On a chilly night there's nothing better than sitting outside by a fire and sipping apple cider with a cinnamon stick in it.

Delayed period for 2 weeks then slight bleeding..very confused....?

Ok..so my lmp was on December 18th of 2008. So I was expecting my period to come on January 15(give or take a day)..while I was actually on my honeymoon at the time (which is why i know exactly when it was to come because who in the world wants that on their honeymoon)..well it never came..and never came..started getting symptoms...extremely gy, sore and enlarged bbs, acne(which ive never had), just felt weird. So on the 29th thru 31st of January I had slight bleeding, more so brownish/pinkish in color, but not heavy at all. I have done plenty of research and I just dont understand. HPTs say negative as of today and I just want to know if that slight bleeding could have been implantation or was I just starting a new cycle...AAAH. Has anyone else been here and wound up pregnant? :) Any help is greatly appreciated!

I bought a pair of hot pink sungles (because I'm in love with Darren Criss) and I wear them EVERYWHERE with EVERYTHING, but it's up to you. I know most Christian religions seem to disapprove of the use of these things as a whole, with opinions varying from one member to another, but it seems some Christian religions abhor the use of them, especially alcohol, more than others. For example some seem to find the consumption of wine acceptable, as Jesus Himself seemed to, but these same religions do not approve of the use of other types of alcohol. Also these same religions seem equally opposed to cigarette smoking and other tobacco products, as well as the use of marijuana. I know we could spend all day on why some people, religious or not, consider any or all of these things "bad", but speaking strictly from a religious standpoint, what makes any of these things or the act of using them responsibly, "immoral"? Were any of these three things (alcohol, tobacco, marijuana) specifically condemned in the Bible? I'm of the Church of Christ myself, and have known members who are opposed to all of these things completely, while others consider them acceptable, provided they are used in moderation. I can see how anything used excessively can be considered a sin, as can the use of anything that's used to contribute to other "immoral" acts, is this one reason why they are condemned by Christians? Does your particular religion oppose any or all of these things? Or do you as a Christian personally oppose them, on the basis of religion only? Why or why not?

my 3 year old son is the pickiest eater in the world! he has a very small and select menu of foods that he will eat, and it really has me concerned. this is all that he will eat, chocolate poptarts, oatmeal with cinammon in it, cheerios (sometimes) pancakes (sometimes) beef hot dogs without the bun, grilled cheese (sometimes i can sneak turkey on to it and he will eat it) any kind of chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, french fries, spaghetti and meat, yogurt, and chocolate pudding, ice cream, wheat thin crackers, any kind of potatoe chips, he will also drink tons of whole white milk, apple juice, and soda but his dad gives him that when i am not around. and then he also takes 1 flintstone vitamin every morning. but then, he also has days when i can't hardly get him to take a bite of anything except for chocolate. as a matter of fact, in the past 2 days with the exception of a few chicken nuggets all i have been able to get him to eat is chocolate poptarts, and as a result he woke up early this morning throwing up, i guess because he has nothing on his stomach. he has no fever and otherwise acts like he feels fine. i am at my wits end. and my husband and i differ in our thoughts on how to handle this very huge problem. he says as long as he is eating something that we need to feed him what he likes to eat. i say, i don't want to take everything that he likes cold turkey, but i do want to cut it back a considerable amount so that when hungry he will have no choice but to eat more healthier food that i try to get him to eat.. i am due to go do the grocery shopping this morning and i have a mind to just go through and not buy any of the junk that he likes to eat, but instead buy him healtier choices of foods and snacks. the way i see it, if it's not even in the house not only does he have to settle for what is in the house, but also, if it's not here then my husband can't cave and give in to his junk food habits. however what if i can't get him to eat the healthy foods that i buy? he can't not eat anything obviously right? thats whats made him sick this a.m... i have no idea what to do.. i have even read up on this and have done all of the other suggestions, he sits at the table for every meal and snack in his booster seat, when served he normally gets a helping of each healthy food that we are having for our meals, and then a food that he likes is also on his plate to, i try to give him choices and we try to encourage him to at least take 1 bite of each of the other foods to. sometimes it works, sometimes it does not... please, i am desperate to get this little guy to eat better. he worries me. especially when he wakes up throwing up because he has not eaten enough, or properly... are there any more tips that i can try? i am desperate and will try anything at this point. thanks.

i am a 15 year old in 9th grade. i have been feeling depressed and stressed ever since 7th grade. my brother is basically my best friend and when he was in 9th grade (i was in 6th grade) he was admitted for crohns disease. he felt alot of pain in the stomach area, sometimes so unbearable that he wouldnt talk to anyone. he had to drop out of school because of this disease. seeing him like that made me feel horrible. I tried to commit suicide and one of the staff was hitting on me trying to get me to want to have with him. I laughed at first because it was akward. But later on I found out he made a bet with two other patients that he could bag me before them. So when he came back to work the next day and asked me what I would do if he jumped into the shower when I was there I told him Id scream. I was only there for two days. SO when I left I called and reported him he got fired. How can I get cooking oil out of my bird's feathers?

I have a atiel bird. He has his wings clipped; got spooked when husband moved in bedroom and flew towards kitchen area to a pot that I was getting ready to pour used cooking oil (from couple of days before so not hot) from into milk jug, he was submerged from lil area of tummy, feet, all way down to tip of tail. Took him to shower and tried to get off what excess that I could get off, & used bird bath spray, that didn't seem to help. Have "Dawn" but wasn't sure about using that so needed something to adhere to oil....I used all purpose flour, that seems to have helped and feathers are not matting to him as if from being wet. Anyone working at McDonald's, how do you dispense the sundae?

I've been trained for more than a month now working only 2hrs a week. I feel I'm slow at doing everything except fries. I just can't seen to get the hang of dispensing sundae. I practise every shift by dispensing into the cup and then dump back to the freezer because I just can't get it look right. Either it does not cover the rim or the ice cream comes out too quickly which makes a m of mess. I feel really frustrated because people keep teaching me the trick in different ways. The manager can do it without twirling the cup but my trainer asks me to slowly move it in a circular motion. Can anyone work at Maccas show me the exact hand movement when doing it like the way you hold the cup how far from the spout how tight you grip the handle do you prefer to move the cup or let it steady. Severe constipation from long term narcotic/opioid (opiate) use?

I've been taking different narcotics and opioids for a few years now to manage pain and have had constipation pretty regularly. However it seems to have gotten a lot worse the past few months. I would not be posting on here if I've already tried everything that has been suggested-- I drink lots of water, eat my fiber, take 2 stool softeners DAILY for several months, eat my fruit, and have tried several OTC methods (miralax used to work without too many side effects but no result anymore, nothing from the laxatives, suppositories and the little saline enemas that are supposed to just stimulate don't work either. Magnesium citrate has worked before but I took it a few weeks ago with no result (and it's pretty harsh stuff, the problem is now I can't drink enough of it without vomiting it right back up even mixing the lemon flavored with lemonade and the g with g juice :/). I'm not talking mild constipation like a few days either-- over a month ago I had an abdominal/pelvic CT because I was having horrible kidney/flank pain and it showed my intestines were pretty packed with stool. I have gone maybe 3-4 times since then, today being the first time in 3 WEEKS! My abdomen is visibly larger and distended and painful and my back pain is getting worse. I have no urge to go and the CT didn't show that there was a blockage in my rectum or anything. I have a lot of medical problems (especially for only being 21) and take about 20-30 prescription pills daily so I worried about using certain products with them. It would be nice to just clean it all out at once, which the mag citrate used to do when I could take it but I don't know what to use anymore. If anything ever works, it just stimulates me once and I don't get very much relief. I'm not really eating much anymore, I'm very nauseous and sometimes vomiting. I DO NOT want to go to the ER or anything so if you have anything besides magnesium citrate or the usual "at home" remedies (water, fiber, fruit) please share!!

I have a rude 4 year old boy.?

My son talks back. I am too lenient as a parent, and I am working on that. How should I respond when he says, rudely, "No, I don't want to!" or some other rude comment? Typically, I just correct him by saying, "you are doing it anyway" and I make him do it. I also struggle with having him sit properly at the dinner table. i have bought the above mentioned dvd (non pirated) twice from asda & once from a seller on amazon & the film froze on my dvd player every time at the exact same point. 1 hour, 26 mins, 26 secs (just as deadpool does his teleport thing to the other side of the chimney stack when sabretooth has his neck & wolverine rams his claws into DP's kidneys). so that tells me it's not a problem with asda OR the amazon seller, but with 20th century fox's dvd dept. has anyone else found this? how do we contact 20th century fox & have them recall the wolverine movie dvd's & send out some copies of this movie that actually play through to the end (I.E. actually WORK)?

Okay, so i got my itouch a couple of days ago and this thing is REALLY confusing! So i download some free apps on itunes (Bible, Do not press the red on, NBA Game Time Lite, Tap Tap Revenge 3, and Voice Changer Plus). Then i try to sync them onto my ipod, so i check them and press apply. Once it finishes loading, the items are unchecked and they didnt download onto my ipod! from your description it sounds as if you have lost the friction clutches for second gear. if you say it does it even when you shift it manually then the clutches and bands are worn out. starting out it should shift from 1 to 2 about 15-20 mpH then on up until you reach about 45 mph.. you have a turbo 350 trans in your 1500 chevy. and with that many miles it is just worn out. if you know how to rebuild it go ahead and do it. if not take it to the local shop and have them do it. your looking at approx. 2000 with labor.

Dieting and fasting. Is there any room for treating yourself?

Im going strong on a 3day water fast. I don't plan on doing it for awhile I just wanted to get away from cravings of bad food like pizza and junk. I've already researched and planned to reshape my eating habits when im done such as fruits vegetables first week adding fish oatmeal etc....all the healthy low calorie foods. My main question is after say a week or 2 of eating well is there any room to treat yourself with something you used to eat like pizza or steak (not gorging yourself of course). Now i know its said that eating something like this could re-trigger those bad habits and send you back to eating all those bad foods. But if you had the will power to treat yourself once a weak for one meal; from a physical and weight loss standpoint would it really be that harmful to your diet?

How to get a second opinion about moles and skin cancer...?

I just went to the dermatologist a couple of weeks ago and the nurse practitioner noticed that I need to have a couple of moles removed. She showed the dermatologist and she said that they need to cut one or two of these moles out...Subsequently, I just read some reviews about the dermatologist that I went to and some are not favorable (mostly in the price hospitality of her bedside manner); one even mentioned her ability to diagnose what was wrong with me - other people however said that she does a great job. Who do I believe? In essence, should I go to my appointment in a couple of days and have these removed as planned and hope for the best or should I have a second opinion - in which case, how can I get a second opinion if this dermatologist removes the moles? Is there a way for another dermatologist to tell if these moles were cancerous? Or is there a way for the second opinion doctor to tell if the removed moles were melanomas? Please let me know if you have any suggestions...I am somewhat of an iotraphobiac - I hate going to doctors and frankly they scare me, but thinking that I might have cancer scares me much more. I just want to be sure that I have the right diagnosis, but I can't afford to pay a ton of money to find out. Please help.

it does not sound like he has lost interest in you. he might just want to let you focus on your finals. there is also so many aspects that go into owning your own business, not just the direct work. theres payroll (if he has any workers) financial management, planning future jobs and creating new contacts. he still might still be very busy. the trick is to not be to demanding or clingy. guys hate that trust me. just give him a day or to to call you or you could text him about something random like "im sooo nervous about my finals". but whatever you do dont ask if there is something wrong or if he doesnt like you anymore. that will just drive him away. i hope this helps.

I've tried just about everything and still can't sleep. A lot of details inside. Can you give me some advice?

I'm 19 almost 20. I have had trouble sleeping since I was about 11, no idea why. I do occasionally (like 1 night a month) sleep for a full night but not solidly. Every night other than that 1 exception I'm up almost all night only getting up to 3 or 4 restless hours of sleep where I'm waking every few minutes. I'm also Bipolar which doesn't help I know. The medications I'm on are Topamax and Lamictal, neither of which have increased my sleeplessness since I've started them. I do have a high amount of stress due to medical problems such as the Bipolar and Insomnia, also chronic migraines. I also have family issues and work and since I finished High School in May 2007 I'm just now getting ready to go back to school. With all the lack of sleep, I feel dizzy and like I'm going to collapse. I've talked with my doctor and my psychiatrist about the sleeping and we've tried just about everything out there and after no more than a week they stopped working. I've also taken Vicodin after surgeries and that hasn't even knocked me out and that is a powerful narcotic. I have a script for a sleep study but have been trying for almost 2 months just to get someone to pick up the phone in the scheduling department over there. One suspicion was sleep apnea although highly doubted because that is normally found in obese and asthmatic people. I'm 5'5" 125 lbs and athletic.

Ok so after freaking out for a week about this party I was invited to by a guy from work, I went and had a great time. THe thing is I really like him but am not sure how he feels... As soon as got to the party he was very attentive and friendly. As the night went on we spent the whole time together and were pong partners the whole ight. I've never heard of yzing the pitch of a song, but that may just be another name for yzing the melody. I think your list is pretty good, but I might add articulation too. Listen for differences in the way the notes are played, such as staccato, accent, or legato, as these can be important indicators for what genre of music the piece is. Another thing to add that would go along with pitch is actual tuning, but unless you're listening to microtonal music, that probably won't be a huge issue. Most music these days is in equal temperament, so you could impress your music teacher by writing on your test. :)

I've had a black lab mix for a few years now, He's roughly seven years old and he's kind of a softy. Recently (a few days ago) my brother got a smaller dog(its some kind of chihuahua mix). Its incredibly hyper, which is kind of annoying but my main problem is that my first dog is being pushed around by it and i think its trying to dominate him. This annoys me because i like my first dog a lot more than that little rat my brother bought. Is there any way we can teach the chihuahua that Bart( 1st dog) is Alpha compared to him?

So just a little background info. I've been seeing this girl for about 4 months. We broke up for about a week and a half in the beginning of July because she started having mixed feelings about an ex. We both broke up i was very heartbroken but we both kept talking to each other. So To make my already long story not as long, my ex texted me yesterday saying good bye because shes leaving for college. I immediately deleted the text because i just wanted nothing to do with her and just wanted to focus on my current love interest. My gf got very sad saying that i must be hiding something and now she doesnt trust me. So i've tried to talk with her but we keep just saying the same stuff, which is getting us no where. Everything looks like its going really fast?

First I've heard of this and I firmly disagree with repealing term limits! Congress needs term limits set! The fact that I haven't heard of this is a good reason to have term limits. The longer some one is in gives them longer to weave their webs. Also the President IS supposed to be a U.S. born citizen, something that is not applied to Governors. How would I get married out of state on a Sunday?

Live in MI and looking to get married on a Sunday in Illinois. My Girlfriend is studying abroad wants a break...what to do?

My girlfriend is currently studying abroad in Chile. Before she left I had been dating her for 6 months. I know that doesn't sound like much, but we had a great relationship. Everything was perfect we loved spending time together, it was like a dream and we both felt the same way. But I knew that she would be studying abroad so I gave her an ultimatum. I said that I didn't want to be selfish and ruin her study abroad. I told either that if she wanted to go there and hook up with other guys and go wild, then we might as well break it off now so neither of us gets hurt. After talking to her friends she told me that she would not hook up with anyone because she didn't want to ruin something this special. So she left and we began what was a very successful long distance relationship for 4 months. We skype all the time and still have that magic when we talk, nothing is awkward. But recently she told me that we should go on a "break" because she doesn't want to feel guilty about being a bad gf because she cant talk to me much. So we argued a bit and we agreed to sleep on it. Her best friend and a good friend of mine asked her why she wanted a break. My gf told her that she loved me, but felt tied down and guilty for not being here with me, but she also mentioned how her friends were all going wild hooking up with guys while she was being faithful. I have been 100% faithful and have not even thought about hooking up with another, because I knew I had something good with her. I agreed to the break but after I found out what she said to her friend I think that I am going to reconsider. What is the clinical guidlines for pacemarker insertion due to a cardiac pause?

My father has been hospitalized with edema and cellulitis of the legs. He has been treated with IV antibiotics and diuretics and the edema is nearly resolved. He is 60 years old and has a history of moderate to severe COPD. He is NOT in CHF (nor is there any history of it) and has had a cardiac ultrasound, echocardiogram and dobutamine stress test. All tests are normal. During the course of his hospitalization, he experienced ONE episode of a 6 second pause in all cardiac activity. He was asymptomatic and his rhythm returned spontaneously. His physician is insisting he needs a pacemaker. As a healthcare professional myself, I am questioning the need for a PM due to ONE episode of a cardiac pause. He has been monitored for another 72 hours after this episode without any abnormalities. There is no history of syncope or even pre-syncope. He has yet to see the electrophysiologist, but his physician is threatening to take away his drivers license unless he has the pacemaker. This has been very upsetting to him. Even the cardiologist said his heart is fine. So my questions are: What is the rate of occurance of cardiac pause in an asymptomatic population? Is there any indication as to predictors of further arrythmia based on one pause? Is there a clinical guideline that exists as to when a pacemaker is necessary? Could the diuresis have been a source of the pause? Professional responses would be appreciated.
