Bill introduced to repeal Presidential term limits?

First I've heard of this and I firmly disagree with repealing term limits! Congress needs term limits set! The fact that I haven't heard of this is a good reason to have term limits. The longer some one is in gives them longer to weave their webs. Also the President IS supposed to be a U.S. born citizen, something that is not applied to Governors. My personal belief is no politician should be anything but a U.S. born citizen and they should be at least a 2nd if not 3rd generation citizen.
