I may be going to baltimore and washington d.c. this summer, what are some good, cheap things to do?

i thought of six flags (the jonas brothers are supposed to be there)and going to inner harbour, but is there anything else? ohh, and i already went to all the monuments there and a coupla the museums, i don't really want to go to those again, so something else.....
