Should they shut down the Bay Bridge?

I say get rid of it. San Francisco has too much traffic anyway, and people coming in from outside should be taking BART or the ferry. There is no justification for driving when good public transportation exists. That way the roads in SF will be less congested and everyone will be able to get around faster, as it has been for the last few days.
