Am i too controlling?

we have been together for two years and are engaged... recently i found out that he had started talking to nother chic.... well when i found out about it he stopped and we worked through our issues.... the first few months of our relationship he lied about still talkig to his ex and about being a virgin..... so he has a past of lying ..... i think he is smokeing but im not real positive and cant say for sur he is.... i look at his phone records and hate when he goes off with his friends because i dont like them... they drink, go clubbing, smoke, and have been in alot of trouble and my bf never has been in any kind of trouble... am i too controlling?? and how do i change i dont trust him... i love him very very much but am scared i am going to pus him away!
