If u had 2 estimate for my whiplash compensation?

car crash around october, some idiot went into the back of me at 60mph! i had whiplash and back pain so i went to A an E where i was given painkillers. After around 2 weeks it went, but now everytime i lift anything slightly heavy i get the same pain in my neck and lower back and practically cant move for a week! It really effecting my uni and work although i have not had much time off i just tended to plough on through! has anyone been similar and how much would you estimate?
