Senior; Do you think it's possible to achieve everything you want in life before the end of time?

I have a lot of time left, hopefully, and want to travel more abroad and return to some of the countries I loved when we were there before. But that will hold until retirement, which is coming up faster than we imagined. But it seems only the very rich can fulfill their desires to the end.
