Rabbits, accommodation and enrichments?

I have a question. Imagine money isn't a problem, it's all sorted. If you were buying or do have a rabbit, what would you be looking for in a hutch? What toys and enrichments would you want? Just... anything you'd like for your rabbit, let me know. :D I don't care who answers, but I really could do with opinions for an igment. :) Thank you!
