Is it true when a man gets a vasectomy all that comes out is a puff of smoke?

No, after a man has a vasectomy he will still just like he used to, however there just won't be semen in it so it won't be able to get the woman pregnant. It won't look or feel any different though, the fluids will all the be same other than the semen.
