Hcg shots w/iui?

Hello..here is my question..My husband and I have been TTC for 12 months now post vasectomy reversal with was performed in march of last year..We tried naturally with no results until december when we did our first IUI(unmedicated). then we did 2 round of clomid with iui..now this month we are going to start the hcg shots and iui..I am just wondering if anyone can tell me which worked best for them or if you have a positive story i would love to hear it...Thank you..we are getting very frustrating and it would be nice to hear some positive stories from those who have been through it..
