Anyone working at McDonald's, how do you dispense the sundae?
I've been trained for more than a month now working only 2hrs a week. I feel I'm slow at doing everything except fries. I just can't seen to get the hang of dispensing sundae. I practise every shift by dispensing into the cup and then dump back to the freezer because I just can't get it look right. Either it does not cover the rim or the ice cream comes out too quickly which makes a m of mess. I feel really frustrated because people keep teaching me the trick in different ways. The manager can do it without twirling the cup but my trainer asks me to slowly move it in a circular motion. Can anyone work at Maccas show me the exact hand movement when doing it like the way you hold the cup how far from the spout how tight you grip the handle do you prefer to move the cup or let it steady. If someone could enlighten me I would really appreciate that. Thanx :)
