Weird color blindness?

I do have colorblindness. yes im a girl also. anyway but with me i do mess up red and green and all sometimes not usually. for me its more of not being able 2 tell the difference between close colors like blue and green and red and orange. anyone else have this?? my dr says its colorblindness but its weird and i learned about colorblindness in school
