I need the birds nest out of my chimney now!?

They have done this every year since i have owned my home, this has never been a problem except i have just found tiny bugs all over my mantle, after pest control came out they said i have bed bugs but they have not made it to the beds yet. And for the low, low, price of $620.00 they can spray but first i have to get the birds out. Cannot afford another $200.00 for a chimney sweep. I need a cheap way of doing this Any ideas NOT Burning them!
