Yesterday i made chicken soup for the first time (learning to cook) and I dunno why but I added the boxed vegetable broth to the water in the pot and it tasted good but I realize now i didn't need to add it, and definately not approx. a cup!! i feel all salty inside. i had to finish the soup so i had it for lunch today but won't be doing that again. Just wondering how detrimental this is to my healthy eating kick I've been on!! i feel gross right now.
