Does it sound like hes lost interest and do you think i should just give up?

it does not sound like he has lost interest in you. he might just want to let you focus on your finals. there is also so many aspects that go into owning your own business, not just the direct work. theres payroll (if he has any workers) financial management, planning future jobs and creating new contacts. he still might still be very busy. the trick is to not be to demanding or clingy. guys hate that trust me. just give him a day or to to call you or you could text him about something random like "im sooo nervous about my finals". but whatever you do dont ask if there is something wrong or if he doesnt like you anymore. that will just drive him away. i hope this helps.
