Need some advise, Ladies and Gentlemen both welcome to answer?

So just a little background info. I've been seeing this girl for about 4 months. We broke up for about a week and a half in the beginning of July because she started having mixed feelings about an ex. We both broke up i was very heartbroken but we both kept talking to each other. We both also talking to our ex's. We both ended up hooking up with our ex's when we weren't together. Shortly after that we did get back together realizing where our true feelings were at. She was trying to see if maybe her ex also had feelings for her and she wanted to see where her feelings were at with him. Where as i just happened to bump into my ex we hung out and i hooked up with her in an attempt to forget about my most recent break up but to no avail. I still had feelings for her and none for my ex. So We did get back together in a very romantic manor lol, sunny beach with sunset and all. So when we got back together i was always worried that she might go back to her ex because maybe those old feelings would come up again. She said to trust her that they wouyld not and so i did. She also always tell me if and when he texted her because she knew i wanted to know. So i would also tell her when my ex texted me but the thing is she never did. So To make my already long story not as long, my ex texted me yesterday saying good bye because shes leaving for college. I immediately deleted the text because i just wanted nothing to do with her and just wanted to focus on my current love interest. My gf got very sad saying that i must be hiding something and now she doesnt trust me. So i've tried to talk with her but we keep just saying the same stuff, which is getting us no where. I have water polo practice very early in the morning so today i put some flowers and a card on her doorstep hoping to cheer her up. She didnt seem to care later when we talked. So i though maybe to get her a little stuffed animal moneky which she loves and some sees candy, but when i texted her and asked her what kind she liked she said in a somewhat playful manner dont get me anything else!! but i already bought, So question do i give her the monkey and chocolates? or No?
