Should I say yes to his proposal?

I am an Indian woman 25 years old,working in Germany.I am a Chartered Accountant by profession.There is a white guy,who claims he is totally in love with me,won't take no for an answer and keeps on following me where ever i go.He proposed to me sometime back,is goodlooking, an architect,comes from a rich family etc.whatever a girl wants. However i had heard things about him earlier- that he is a womaniser, wakes up with callgirls, drinks, takes drugs.He professes to have changed for me. I come from a conservative Bengali family and i am not sure how my parents will react if they hear his history . I am in two minds because he is a good human being- kind,sensitive and helpful.He keeps on sending expensive gifts to me,sits in front of my apartment ,starts a fight if i am dancing with some other guy.My colleagues always make fun of me and everyone umes that we are sleeping which is incorrect.I am thinking of going back to India.Please help
