How do i byp parental controls?

I'm 16 and my dad has nvr trusted me, but now he's blocked facebook because of "Bad Influenes" even though i'm taking all A.P. and honours cles. I have windows 7 and he uses McAfee security to block me out of everything. HELP ME!!!
