Would a guy just kiss a girl even if he doesnt like her? Why is he "busy"?

he didn't know what it was like to kiss you or to be so close with you pysically so now he has to get round those feelings in his head plus it embared him a lil is all ,talk with him about it your close and tell him your worried things have changed and think that its your fault because you kissed him and see what he says in reply x
