How does my fantasy team look?

Pretty good, I had williams last year and he was so-so. Cadillac is not the best. I would say it is an average team. Good picks with Rogers, Smith, Johnson, Gonzalez - solid picks. You have 5 RB and 5 WR. Your depth for WR is good, but I am not sure about Mathews, he is a rookie. Good luck, I hope some of the gambles work out for you.
