Is this a good sound system? And am I being overpriced?

Option A seems like a better system for the price. Anything over 30 watts is going to blow your head off anyway and in the short term there will almost definitely be long term ear damage. Will also spoil your listening pleasure of your quality home Hi-fi. High power car systems like these only give very high powered low fidelity noise and are not meant for serious music reproduction.
