Is there any news on the two Border Agents who were arrested for shooting the smuggler in the tush?

Agent Ramos was placed in general population. After the last airing of America's Most Wanted, Agent Ramos got the crap beat out of him by 5 illegal aliens wearing steel toed boots. Although Agent Ramos was beaten so severely that he was bleeding from his ears, he was refused medical treatment for over 48 hours. Kind of makes one want to shoot 1000 illegals for every Border Patrol agent that gets aulted.
