Car dealer giving me a loan?

ok so it seems a little weird. i'm 19 with minimal credit history and i was out at the local car dealership just looking around and a salesman comes up and starts talking to me. now i was just looking around i really dont think any car dealership in their right mind would even talk to me. i was looking at a used 08 scion xb that has been on this lot for about 6 months. ok ill get to my question...is it too good to be true that this car dealer is willing to give me a $14,000/66 month loan when im only 19 with minimal credit history or are they willing to do anything to get rid of this car? ive had the car checked out its in perfect condition so dont worry about that. it just seems a little weird that this dealership is willing to give me a loan...any opinions would help...thanks
