Will it ruin the developing friendship if he finds out about my crush on him?

well, i think my naivity got the better of me when i had this conversation with my lecturer in the presence of this girl in my cl who i now think may have sussed that i was talking about him via observations made about my behaviour with him a few days later. in this conversation i described how tacile he was with me but lamented that as much as i'd like to believe it meant he fancied me, i knew he probably didn't, but that i valued him as a friend. this was about three months ago and he hasn't been any less friendly which means he either doesn't know or doesn't care, and as the details of what i said are now hard for me to recall, i hope she would experience similar problems. we're both in our early twenties, and he's asked me to meet him and socialise with him. i just didn;t intend to let my feelings show and just recently i have wondered how likely she is to blab to him, because perhaps not everyone cares whether they're destroying friendships or reputations in the process.
