WHAT does it mean when a guy does this?! im confusedd!?

everytime he ped by me, he looks at me, we made eye contact and he looks down in an instant and then holds his breath kinda?( well idk how to explain it but its kinda like he takes a deap breath, holds the air in his mouth, and slowly exhales) what does it mean?
